IMPORTANT DETAILS
Children MUST bring:
-A nut-free packed lunch. We are a nut-free studio and do not allow any nuts on the premises.
-Outdoor clothing for wet play. Children MUST bring at least a coat, no matter the weather when they arrive. Children will not be admitted without a coat and you will be asked to return with one. We go outside at lunch, whatever the weather, and it impacts on the whole group if one person doesn't have suitable clothing.
-A water bottle.
-Sun cream & sun hat (if sunny)
Clothing:
Our activities can get quite messy sometimes! Although we try to be careful, it is best for our campers to wear clothes that they don't mind getting stained.
Mobile Phones:
Any child/ teen with a mobile phone must hand it in on arrival. We will store it safely and it will be returned at pick up. We do not allow phones to be kept in bags, in line with our Safeguarding Policy.
Medication:
-Any child with medication such as inhalers/EpiPens must handed it in to be stored in a safe, easy to access area.
-If you require us to administer prescription medication throughout the day, you must fill out a 'Medication Consent Form' on arrival.
Parking:
All of the parking in Beacon Hill is free. If you're lucky, you might be able to grab a space along the main road. If not, there is a car park around the back of the studio. Turn down the road opposite the school, and take the second left (marked with a 'P'). There is a walk alleyway that runs adjacent to the studio from the car park.
Collection by another adult:
If your child/teen is going home with somebody else, please notify us at drop up. You may be asked to complete a short form if we haven't met them before. We cannot release a child to another adult without your consent.
Once booked, we recommend you add your date/s to your calendar. We do not send out date reminders and do not take responsibility for missed sessions.
