Mosaic Workshop: Half Day

Step into a world of colour, texture, and beautiful tiles at our fabulous mosaic workshop inspired by florals. Escape the busy, outdoor world and fully immerse yourself in the slower, meditative process of mosaics.

You'll learn the art of modern mosaics using top quality, hand-picked glass and ceramic tiles. Choose from a range of 20cm base designs — think wall plaques, coaster, trivets — and bring your vision to life with guidance from an experienced mosaic artist! If you would like to make a door number, you can add-on at checkout. Please let us know in advance the shape and number you would like!

Learn how to cut, shape and arrange tiles, use adhesive, and grout your finished piece. You will be guided step-by-step by Eva throughout the whole process, making it accessible for beginners while offering tips for those with more experience.

All materials are included, from tiles and wooden bases to adhesives and tools. You'll have everything you need to create a high-quality plaque that will last for years and be the envy of your guests.

So, whether you’re looking to pick up a new hobby or enjoy a fun afternoon with friends or family, this workshop is open to all skill levels, all adults, and accompanied children aged 14+ who have an attending adult.

Included in your ticket is a selection of fresh cakes, snacks, soft drinks and teas/coffees.

Things to note before booking:

-You will be provided with grout to take home to finalise your piece. Due to glue drying time, we are unable to grout in the workshop.

-The ceramic tiles can feel tougher to cut and may not be as accessible for those with weaker hands due to medical conditions such as arthritis.

-You will be asked to wear protective glasses throughout the workshop, unless you wear prescription glasses

-Although all of our tiles are safe for outdoor use, the bases are for indoor use only. If you would like to make an outdoor piece, please let us know in advance.
