Escape the busy, outside world and totally immerse yourself in the relaxing world of mosaics.
In this hands-on, all-day workshop, you’ll design and create a custom mosaic mirror, beautifully adorned with patterns of your choosing. Whether you're new to mosaic-making or an experienced crafter, this workshop is the perfect opportunity to create a unique and functional piece of art for your home.
Learn how to cut, shape and arrange tiles, use adhesive, and grout your finished piece. You will be guided step-by-step by Eva throughout the whole process, making it accessible for beginners while offering tips for those with more experience.
Choosing from a variety of ceramic and glass tiles in bright and pastel colors, you’ll be taught how to craft intricate floral patterns around mirror. Experiment with colors and shapes to make your design truly one-of-a-kind.
All materials are included, from tiles, mirror and backing, to adhesives and tools. You'll have everything you need to create a high-quality,beautiful mirror that will last for years and be the envy of your visitors.
Not interested in a mirror? No problem! We have plenty of shaped bases for you to choose from to create a beautiful mosaic plaque with patterns or wording. Just let us know by emailing after you book at info@craftifulthecreativestudio.com
So, whether you’re looking to pick up a new hobby or enjoy a fun day with friends or family, this workshop is open to all skill levels, all adults, and accompanied children aged 14+ who have an attending adult.
Included in your ticket is a freshly baked cream tea with two fruit scones, jam and cream each. We will also have a selection of fresh cakes, snacks, soft drinks and teas/coffees.
You will be provided with grout to take home to finalise your piece. Due to glue drying time, we are unable to grout in the workshop.
